Meet our team

Jonathan Bailey
He started his career by developing a personality profiler at mytcg technologies. He later co-founded ICE games and helped grow the company in Luxembourg and South Africa. He lead a team to develop a 3D mobile and web game. Recently he has turned some of his research in articles on Gamasutra such as Match Game Mechanics: An exhaustive survey.
Jonathan holds a B.Sc. honours degree in psychology and a B.Sc. in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Cape Town.

Herman Tulleken
Herman has been working in the games industry since 2006, including for studios such as Luma Arcade and I-Imagine. As a freelancer, he has done work for Renderheads and Studio 2511. He has worked on games such as Mini#37, Space Freight, The Adventures of Gi, and Bladeslinger. He’s also worked on simulation software for InnovationLab and marketing games for Oros. He occasionally writes articles for Dev.Mag or Gamasutra, such as 50 Tips for Working with Unity (Best Practices).
Herman holds an honours degree in computer engineering from the University of Pretoria.

Omar Rojo
Omar implements our products
Omar has over 8 years of experience creating games, tools and interactive experiences for Unity Game Engine. He has worked for video game companies such as Atakama Labs and Mind Games. He also co-founded CeroUno3D who create interactive virtual reality solutions in a variety of fields, including: Mining, Health and Education. He has lead many large projects that require him to have an extensive background and understanding of art, design and programming.
Omar is a Computer’s Sciences Engineer and obtained his degree at the Universidad de La Serena, Chile. His passion is driven by technologies and videogame development.

Esteban Gaete
Esteban implements our products.
He has been a passionate gamer since he could remember, a passion he still keeps today and that has led him to become a programmer and game developer. In 2010 he started Spoonman Games, an independent game company. In 2016 he started the first Unity User Group in Chile which has helped a lot of developers to get together and help each other. In 2016 he also became Unity Certified at the 101 Training academy in which he will be teaching programming and game design in 2017.
Esteban has a degree on Civil Engineer in Informatics from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, Chile.

Celeste Griott
Celeste is responsible for ensuring that our products are of a high quality.
She designs and perform exhaustive tests, and her work ensures our products are bug-free, performant and intuitive to use – she makes sure our video games work as intended.
She has experience as a social media manager, video game blogger and streamer (@_Chicabyte). Celeste also has experience as a developer being the art director of APH Labs, a Chilean independent video game developer.
