[slogan]This is what Grids did for us today. What can Grids do for you?[/slogan]
In Game 17 you have to collect coins by jumping onto moving platforms. Watch out for the ones that rotate!
In today’s game we continue exploring using grids for 3D, this time using a diamond grid – really a square grid rotated 45 degrees. The tiles in this game can be of three types; we randomly select whether the tile should be stationary, spinning, or moving up and down. What is nice about using a grid is that a big space can be filled easily; the disadvantage is that the level does not feel “designed”. (This can be overcome using a few tricks, but we have not used it for this game – next time!)
